Sources suggested that the music legend is worth an estimated $360 million. However, Cher has reportedly been burning through cash since she started dating Alexander, who is way younger than her children – Elijah Blue Allman and Chaz Bono.
An unnamed insider claimed:
“It’s a nightmare for Chaz and especially Elijah, who, though they would never admit it, are counting on inheriting a mint one day. Cher has always been so careful about her money, but now she’s throwing it at this guy and funding this over-the-top lifestyle.”

“She’s spoiling herself with fancy new jewelry and fancy cars, and treating those around her – AE included – to lavish gifts and whatever daily expenses he wants to put on her tab. Everyone’s horrified by her behavior. She’s partying every night with this guy and shopping every day, and it’s burning a hole in her bank account. Everything is about making AE happy, and she won’t hear a word against him.”
The new spending habits of Cher are reportedly putting her children’s inheritance payoff in jeopardy, a pal close to the situation suggested. It added:
“The way she’s going through it, there won’t be much left. She’s even talking about investigating AE and his friend Tyga in a massive new music venture.”
Cher has yet to comment on the claims that she is burning through the inheritance of her two kids. So, avid followers of Alexander “AE” Edwards’ girlfriend should take all these unverified reports with a pinch of salt until everything is proven true and correct.

Meanwhile, Cher is clearly very eager to sell her Malibu mega-mansion, as she has reduced the asking price by $10 million in hopes of finding a buyer. The property has been on the market for over half a year now after the songstress listed it in October 2022 for $85 million.

Cher briefly took the said mansion off the market, only to re-list it for $75 million. The high price tag is explained by the property’s spaciousness and luxury features, which include a chef’s kitchen, a private theatre, a detached guest house, seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
One of the mansion’s striking features is its view of the Pacific Ocean, which can be seen through its arrangement of arched windows in various sizes. There are also a number of impressive outdoor features, which include an infinity pool and tennis court.
Cher helped design the Venetian-inspired property and clearly customized it to her liking. She previously said:
"Every room has two views of the ocean, each of which is so beautiful — the water is always glistening, the sunset always happening. My house is so special because it's my sanctuary, my fortress, really—the only place I have any privacy. There's no place else that I would rather be."
Cher originally purchased the land in 1998 for nearly $3 million, and then worked with builder Wallace Tutt III and designer Ron Wilson to create the custom estate.
