Check Out Dooku As A Live-Action Jedi In Epic Star Wars Image

When Star Wars fans first meet Count Dooku in the big screen, it was during his later years, where he has been operating as a darksider for quite a while. Now, we are treated with a live-action image of the character when he was still on the light side of the Force.

A talented Redditor who goes by ScummyWallows has shared an image of showing what the character would have looked like when he was still a Jedi Master. The image shows a young Christopher Lee photoshopped on the body of an action figure of the same character. He is seen wielding his uniquely bent lightsaber only this time, the blade is colored blue, not red.

Majority of the Redditors seem to love the work of the Star Wars fan although one user did point out that based on the recently released audible-exclusive book Dooku: Jedi Lost, young Dooku actually grew his beard.

Some of them even hope to see this version on the big screen. Unfortunately, Lee has passed away and if there were someone to play a younger version of the beloved character that he played, fans think that someone like Fantastic Beasts star Jude Law or Stephen Dillane of Game of Thrones could pull it off. Check out the image for yourself below.

The emergence of Count Dooku material recently has some thinking that the character might be brought back in some way, shape, or form in future Star Wars projects. However, nothing concrete has been confirmed yet.

Either way, it is fun to think about what a young Dooku may have been up to. Dooku was a Padawan of Yoda and was himself a Jedi Master before he was seduced by the dark side and became the second apprentice of Darth Sidious. If a movie exploring this were to happen, Star Wars fans believe it will be a great excuse to also see a young Qui-Gon Jinn and Yoda as well.

For now, what we have to look forward to is the return of Emperor Palpatine in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker this December.
