The Falling Devil arc has been quite a rollercoaster, but now, Chainsaw Man fans are enjoying the wholesome relationship between Denji and Nayuta, as shown in Chapter 134.
Of course, that’s not to say that the latest chapter is chill and uneventful. Instead, it shows Denji grappling with what he wants in life.
At least now, there’s Nayuta to provide some comfort, as well as a goal for him.

Denji Is Struggling With a Normal Life
After Yoshida threatened him in the previous chapter, Denji is now back at home with Nayuta. Though he has been thinking a lot about Yoshida’s threat against Nayuta.
Because of this, Denji decides that he will no longer transform into Chainsaw Man as Yoshida told him so that Nayuta can be safe.
He then tells Nayuta this, though the Control Devil doesn’t seem convinced.
Nayuta asks Denji if he really thinks a normal life would be the best for him. While Denij replies yes, he also isn’t convinced.
The scene then shifts to Denji in the bathroom as he asks Pochita if this is the right thing to do.
Soon, Denji is shown watching TV, and there, he sees a guy who claims to be Chainsaw Man.
Denji soon breaks down in front of the TV in frustration, as he is enraged by this impostor. This wakes Nayuta up, and she proceeds to pat Denji on the back to comfort him.

Nayuta and Denji: Fans Are Loving Their Wholesome Dynamic
After Denji and Nayuta are seen hugging each other in the previous chapter, this latest one shows even more wholesome moments between the two.
To start, there’s Denji who is drying Nayuta’s hair after her bath. After that, the ending sees Nayuta comfort a crying Denji.
This is definitely a far cry from the relationship between Denji and Makima.
As always, there are lots of theories from fans about who the fake is, but many have also expressed how happy they are with Denji and Nayuta.
On Reddit, for instance, many fans expressed their love for this latest chapter not only for the Denji and Nayuta moments but also for the appearance of Meowy.
Sadly, fans will have to wait a while before the next chapter as Chainsaw Man will return after two weeks instead of just one.
