CD Projekt Red Job Listing Fuels The Witcher 3 for Nintendo Switch Rumors

While CD Projekt Red has made a number of great games, none of them have compared to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which has set the standard for modern open-world games. Even without the DLC, the base game has a ton of side quests, card games, story missions, and so much more. The game is currently available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC but some fans have been wondering if the title would ever come to Nintendo Switch.

Most people have argued that the game might be too powerful for the system but some there might be some evidence that this RPG is coming to the handheld/home console combo. YouTube user Doctre81 discovered a job listing from GOG Galaxy, which is owned by CD Projekt Red, that is looking for a Software Engineer that can make games on all of the current gaming consoles, including Nintendo Switch.

CD Projekt Red has actually shown interest in the Switch before, which is why a lot of people have been hoping that a game like The Witcher 3 could be made for the system. Granted, the console does have a hard time running powerful games when in handheld mode but it has no problem playing titles when docked.

Also, the Switch can play Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, one of the best open-world games ever made. Maybe it can also play The Witcher 3.

Fans can currently get The Witcher 3 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The Game of the Year Edition is the better buy since it comes with every piece of DLC.
