If you're new to the Star Wars franchise, you would know that there's a lot of stories to discover before you go on to watch The Rise of Skywalker. And for Star Wars fans who might need a little refresher prior to the premiere, Episode IX star Daisy Ridley offers some help to catch up on all eight movies.
Ridley recently made an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Aside from brutally reasoning out why she preferred Baby Yoda over Porgs, the actress also did a rap to tell the stories of the previous Star Wars movies. She literally did a "rap"-up of every movie starting with A New Hope up until The Last Jedi.
The actress was accompanied by a beat from John Williams' iconic theme song, dropping rhymes and lines that perfectly summarizes each movie. All the while Jimmy Fallon holds visual aids for the audience to easily follow and understand. Ridley purposely almost forgot about Jar Jar Binks in her rap, she admitted that Princess Leia's bikini was "hot" when she was made as Jabba the Hutt's slave. She even joked about Kylo Ren being a "flirt" because he won't put on a shirt. And of course, Ridley ended the rap by saying the iconic line, "May the Force be with you." You can check it out below.
Director J.J. Abrams also recently made an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, where he revealed the first word spoken in the upcoming movie. He was also asked about multiple Star Wars fan theories regarding Episode IX.
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker hits theaters on December 20.
