Castlevania Season 3 Voice Cast Includes Detective Pikachu Star Bill Nighy

The cast of Castlevania Season 3 just got bigger. The animated series is adding new characters in the upcoming season and one of the big names (or voices, if you will) that will be introduced happens to belong to Pokemon: Detective Pikachu star Bill Nighy.

The new voice cast was confirmed by the official NX (Netflix) Twitter account in an awesome new video. Check it out below.

Nighy will provide the voice of Saint Germain and I have to say he's the perfect choice for the role. After all, the Shaun of the Dead star is known for his gravelly voice and distinct pronunciation (you could instantly tell it's him behind all of Davy Jones' tentacles in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest). Needless to say, this is one casting news I'm truly excited about.

In addition to Nighy, the new cast members of Castlevania include Jessica Brown Findlay (Downton Abbey) as Lenore, Yasmine Al Massri (Quantico) as Morana, Ivana Milicevic (The 100) as Striga, Navid Negahban (Aladdin) as Sala, Jason Isaacs (Star Trek: Discovery) as The Judge, Toru Uchikado as Taka, Rila Fukushima (The Wolverine) as Sumi, Barbara Steele (Black Sunday) as Miranda, and Lance Reddick (John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum) as The Captain.

The third season of Castlevania will also bring back Richard Armitage, James Callis, Emily Swallow, Graham McTavish, and more. The new season is expected to premiere on Netflix on March 5.
