There is little doubt that Samuel L. Jackson and Brie Larson have grown close after working on Captain Marvel. Just how close? Jackson has just admitted that he farted around Larson while they were filming the Marvel Cinematic Universe flick.
Apple has just released a teaser for an upcoming episode of Carpool Karaoke which features Jackson and Larson singing along with the Ariana Grande hit 7 Rings. At one point, the Spider-Man: Far From Home star tells the real Carol Danvers that they are picking up another passenger but it turns out to be John, the show's resident polygraph examiner.
Larson had to answer the questions first and it was revealed that she isn't a big fan of Jackson's Kangol hats.or his singing. However, things get truly interesting when the tables are turned.
At one point, Larson asked if Jackson has ever farted while filming a scene. "All. The. Time," the Avengers: Infinity War actor admitted. That turned out to be true and Larson had a hilarious follow-up: "Did you fart while we were doing this?" Jackson looks surprised. "Of course not," he says. However, John revealed that "that's a lie."
Jackson plays a huge role in Captain Marvel as a younger Nick Fury who finds Carol Danvers. Needless to say, Jackson and Larson seem to really enjoy working together.
The synopsis for Captain Marvel reads as follows:
"Set in 1995, Captain Marvel follows Carol Danvers, a former U.S. Air Force fighter pilot, as she turns into one of the galaxy's mightiest heroes and joins Starforce, an elite Kree military team, before returning home with questions about her past and identity when Earth is caught in the center of a galactic conflict between two alien worlds."
Captain Marvel hits theaters on March 8.
