Captain Marvel Says Thanos Is A 'Shrimpy' Enemy

Thanos might be a force to reckon with in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but according to Brie Larson, Marvel Studios' new Carol Danvers, in no way is Captain Marvel frightened or intimidated by the Mad Titan.

Speaking in an interview with TNT Brazil, Larson was asked whether the powerful Thanos could give Captain Marvel, a hero most commonly considered as one of the strongest among the Avengers, a run for her money.

"He looks kind of shrimp to me," Larson told the publication, laughing.

While Captain Marvel has yet to appear in Joe and Anthony Russo's two-part Avengers movie, a lot of fans are looking forward to the showdown between the Earth's strongest Avenger and the MCU's Mad Titan in Avengers: Endgame.

Unfortunately, Captain Marvel was also benched from the trailer for the Avengers: Infinity War sequel, and when the missing hero was mentioned, all Larson could do was tease the Marvel fanbase.

"Where is she? I wonder where she is? Hmmm... Might have to wait and find out," the actress said teasingly.

Of course, while we're all certain that we'll get to see Captain Marvel in Avengers: Endgame, the actress wouldn't want to give away any information that would spoil the movie. Marvel wouldn't be very happy with her if she did, would it?

Interestingly enough, Larson filmed Avengers 4 right before she worked on Captain Marvel. We can't wait to see what kind of scenes Carol Danvers has in the Russo brother's upcoming Avengers movie. Hopefully, Captain Marvel gets a chance to go one on one against Thanos.

Captain Marvel hits cinemas March 8, 2019.
