With January ending soon, Captain Marvel is essentially one month away from showing in theaters and fans are fairly excited. Yeah, the movie has only had one good trailer thus far, but the previous ones were at least able to excite fans with Skrulls, Kree, and so much more. As we wait for the film to come out, a fan may have spotted a spoiler from some Captain Marvel merchandise.
As part of the Hero Story Book line that Marvel has been pumping up lately, a fan has discovered some interesting details about the Captain Marvel movie, including our first look at The Supreme Intelligence. The character is normally seen as a big head in a giant tube, but it looks like the film will be doing something completely different as it appears to be a Kree female character.
This is an interesting change, though it would have been neat to see the comic book character on the big screen. At the least, it's nice to know that the character will be in the movie as it has always been in important Kree-related storylines. Still, it would have been nice to see some of the weirder aspects of Marvel comics in the movie.
Fans will probably have mixed opinions about this. Then again, the merch can also be used as misdirection so that no spoilers are revealed. Hell, maybe this version of the character is an act and the Supreme Intelligence will still be a giant head. Who knows?
Captain Marvel comes out on March 8.
