BTS Suga is among the members of the group who reportedly exercises regularly. He appears to have maintained a healthy diet and fitness routine over the years after their debut in 2013.
In some of their interviews, the septet talked about their exercises and workout sessions. About a year ago, fans and followers learned that Suga and three of his co-members still work out together on a regular basis.
The Agust D artist even revealed a surprising thing that he, Jimin, RM, and Jungkook do when they exercise in the gym. Cheat Sheet reported that the revelation even caught the attention of many ARMYs across the globe.
Going Shirtless In Every Gym Session
Suga said he and the members he exercises with all the time always go shirtless in the gym. He even shared that they are like “soldiers” in movies when they do their workout routines.
The BTS rapper also noted that they are “awesome” as they do their fitness sessions. He, at one point, imitated how they lift weights, adding that they go like, “yes, baby, go, go” as they do the regimen.
The publication, later on, reported that fans of the K-pop idols took their surprise on social media upon learning about their habit of going shirtless all at once when they are in the gym.
BTS Suga And His Workout Routines
For the BTS member’s specific workout routines, Kpop Starz claimed that he does bodybuilding exercises two hours a day. It is added that he also does the same sets before taking the stage for an effective warm up.
The routine reportedly includes push-ups, jumping jacks, lunges, mountain climbers, leg raises, and planks. It did not share, however, how many repetitions or sets Suga does for each session.
Alongside the two-hour workout every day, as well as the daily dance rehearsals, the K-pop idol follows a diet to complement his routines. He was said to “frequently” skip meals, especially when working in the studio to finish his work.
