BTS Suga joined another industry ahead of the release of his first album under the name Agust D.

The rapper will complete his Agust D trilogy and debut as Agust D for the first time for his solo album, D-Day. The album will be released on April 21.

On top of his music project, BTS Suga also has a new role in the radio industry.

BTS Suga Launches Radio Series

Apple Music officially announced Tuesday the arrival of BTS Suga's radio series, SUGA | Agust D Radio.

The global tech company said that the BTS member would take his listeners to his world of music through discussions regarding different topics, including his childhood dream and travels. He will also explore his journey in the music industry.

"I'm very excited to meet ARMYs around the world through my radio show. I think it will be an opportunity for me to share my stories and experiences through my music," he said in a press release, per Korea JoongAng Daily. "[The radio show] will be presented like a chill conversation with myself. I hope fans enjoy the show."

BTS Suga's radio show released its first episode on Tuesday, during which he spoke about his childhood and how he turned into BTS Suga and solo artist Agust D.

It has a total of five episodes, with the next parts to be released every Tuesday. The final episode will be dropped on May 16.

BTS Suga To Start His Tour

Aside from these projects, Suga is also preparing to start his global concert leg, which will make him the first member of BTS to have solo shows.

He will begin his trek at UBS Arena in New York on April 26 to 27 before performing at the Prudential Center in Newark. He will also visit Los Angeles, Chicago, Oakland, Jakarta, Bangkok, Kailang, and Seoul.

According to the organizers, there will also be Japan shows, but the details are yet to be finalized.
