BTS Look at Celine Dion/Deadpool Music Video Ashes

Deadpool 2 continues to wow us with its marketing campaign after they released a music video with Celine Dion titled Ashes. 20th Century Fox gives us a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the video, and it has some hilarious rambling from Ryan Reynolds

Though Reynolds jokes about doing all his own dancing in the video, that was actually the work of dancer Yanis Marshall. I have no doubt, however, that it was Reynolds who did all the dramatic sitting and walking. He was also genuinely the one who gives Dion his ‘criticism' in the end.

The first Deadpool movie showed us that Wade Wilson has a taste for corny music, with the constant references to George Michael and Wham!. I have no doubt we'll be getting more of that in this sequel, and Wade will be mentioning Celine Dion this time around.

With Avengers: Infinity War already being out for a while, there's no doubt that Deadpool 2 will have a less competitive opening when it releases next week. I don't know what happens, though, once Solo: A Star Wars Story comes out a week after that.

Deadpool 2 hits theaters May 18.
