In fact, new reports claim that Pitt wants nothing more than for Jolie to be happy and healthy so that she could be the best mother that she can be to their kids, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne, and Knox.

A source told Us Weekly that Brad Pitt still cares about Jolie despite all the bad things that happened to them and their years-long relationship.
“He’s not rooting against her, not personally, not professionally, not romantically. If she’s happy, he’s happy. Brad loved Angelina and he still cares about her,” the source said.
Years ago, when the A-listers were still together, it was revealed that Pitt stood by Jolie’s side while she dealt with her health issues and underwent surgeries.

Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie Still Feuding Over Their Children’s Custody, Chateau Miraval, And More
But in recent years, the relationship between Pitt and Jolie changed drastically. As of writing, the exes are still in the middle of their custody battle. And another issue was added to their long list of problems after Jolie decided to sell her share of Chateau Miraval.
A source claimed that Jolie and Pitt agreed that they wouldn’t sell their shares no matter what happens. And the Ad Astra actor is allegedly upset with his ex-wife for not living up to the agreement because he was hoping to leave the winery to their children.
And just recently, the exes once again made headlines after reports revealed that Jolie was the Jane Doe who filed a lawsuit against the FBI. In her filing earlier this year, Jolie asked the bureau why her complaints against Pitt were thrown out.
Jolie alleged that she and Pitt got into a physical and verbal fight just before they announced their divorce. There were also allegations that Pitt and his eldest son, Maddox, got into an altercation.
Following the incident, authorities immediately investigated the matter and questioned Pitt. But they immediately dismissed the case for lack of proof that a verbal and physical assault happened.
Brad Pitt Wants To Have A Relationship With His Children
On top of all these, Pitt is reportedly trying to maintain a relationship with his children. However, Jolie is allegedly making it difficult for him, especially since she knows that more people support her ex-husband over her.
“Angelina is angry that the public adores Brad so much when she feels he was very unkind to her,” the source said.
However, it is important to note that Pitt and Jolie have not directly talked about each other or even mentioned each other’s names during their interviews. So, it’s unclear how they really feel about each other.
