This is, perhaps, one of the reasons why his fans are always on the lookout for women that the actor would hang out with. But even if Pitt isn’t photographed with an A-lister, some publications can’t help but speculate on his relationship status.

Brad Pitt, Lykke Li Have Not Hung Out In Years
This week, rumors swirled that Brad Pitt is dating Swedish musician Lykke Li. The two have not been photographed together, and Li just started in the industry a couple of months ago. As such, it’s unclear where the stories are coming from.
But a source told E! News that Pitt and Li are just friends. They have hung out in the past but haven’t seen each other in quite some time.
“Brad and Lykke Li haven’t seen each other in years. She’s a friend. She’s interesting and unique. He enjoys learning different things from her. They have hung out together but are just friends,” the source said.
Brad Pitt, Alia Shawkat Rumored To Have Dated Before COVID-19
Li isn’t the only person who was linked to Pitt since his split from Jolie in 2016. Just before the pandemic, the Once Upon A Time In Hollywood star was also rumored to be dating Alia Shawkat.
The dating rumors lasted for a couple of weeks until Shawkat felt compelled to break the news to everyone that she and Pitt are just friends.
During an interview, the Arrested Development star also revealed that Pitt didn’t have any idea that they were being linked to each other. But when she told him, the Ad Astra actor immediately apologized to his friend.
“He had no awareness of it at all. Which is so funny. Because he doesn’t read that shit. I was, like, ‘You know everyone thinks we’re dating? And there’s this whole thing, and I’m being followed.’ And he was, like, ‘I’m sorry. It happens. If you hang out with me, it happens.’ He had no awareness of it at all,” Shawkat told The New Yorker.
Did Brad Pitt, Nicole Poturalski Really Date?
Shortly after the dating rumors involving Pitt and Shawkat died down, the actor was photographed with German model Nicole Poturalski. Sources claimed that the two dated briefly, but they eventually called it quits because they had different priorities.
“Nicole was the one who cooled things. She let Brad down easily, explaining that his life was way too complicated right now. Brad was really into her and can’t catch a break it seems. Brad doesn’t try to have any regrets. He looks at the bright side and at least, he had fun while it lasted. But he definitely thinks he and Nicole could have worked,” a source told In Touch Weekly in 2020.
However, Pitt and Poturalski never confirmed the real status of their previous relationship. But based on what the actor told Shawkat, it’s possible that he was just linked to the model because they were also photographed hanging out together.

Brad Pitt Ready To Fall In Love Again
Last month, a source told Us Weekly that Pitt has not had any luck when it comes to love. But he’s hoping to meet the person that he can fall in love with soon.
“[He wants to] find that special someone to be with long-term. The trouble is that he hates the process and how he can’t even step out for a friendly coffee without it being gossiped about,” the source said.
