Bond 25 Gets Official Title Reveal and Synopsis

For months, people have been wondering about Daniel Craig's last outing as James Bond, and we're finally getting the film early next year. Just in, MGM has dropped the official title for the film, plus we get an official synopsis.

Here's the plot for No Time to Die:

In NO TIME TO DIE, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.

Besides returning cast members like Craig, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Lea Seydoux, and Ben Whishaw, we're also getting new faces in the form of Ana de Armas, Jeffrey Wright, and Lashana Lynch. The main baddie is going to be played by Rami Malek, and we're also getting a return from Spectre's main villain Blofeld played by Christoph Waltz.

Going back to Malek's villain, it's been rumored that he'll be some kind of tech terrorist, not unlike his character from Mr. Robot. We don't really have any more info on him, but hopefully we get a first look at the movie before the year ends.

No Time to Die is set to hit theaters April 8, 2020.
