Boba Fett May End Up Helping Baby Yoda in Star Wars: The Mandalorian

Lucasfilm might be careful not to give away the plot details of the second season of Star Wars: The Mandalorian, but now that fans know that Temuera Morrison is going to play Boba Fett in the hit Star Wars series, they've been cooking all sorts of theories about the bounty hunter's appearance in the show.

According to Screen Rant, there's a popular Mandalorian fan theory making the rounds online, one that suggests that Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) may end up working together with Boba Fett to save Baby Yoda in the second season of the series. While it's easy to assume that Boba Fett might end up playing the role of a villain in The Mandalorian, the entertainment news outlet believes that Jon Favreau is going to give the character more dimension.

Yes, it is possible that Boba Fett will be hired to track down and capture Baby Yoda, however, this Star Wars theory believes that the bounty hunter will eventually try to do the right thing in the series. After all, if there's a way that Baby Yoda got through to Din Djarin, then why not with Boba Fett? Perhaps fans will get to see Baby Yoda making a personal connection with the bounty hunter in a couple of episodes in the second season of the series.

It's an interesting theory, that's for sure. We would love to see Boba Fett walk through a path of redemption in The Mandalorian.

Star Wars: The Mandalorian season 1 is available for streaming on Disney+.
