We love a neat crime thriller. A crime thriller set on an airplane? Sounds interesting. But how about a sky-high crime thriller featuring A VAMPIRE? That's exactly what we can expect in Netflix's Blood Red Sky, as confirmed in its exciting new trailer.
The Blood Red Skytrailer opens with Nadja (Peri Baumeister) meeting her son at the airport. It is immediately confirmed that she is desperate to leave Germany because of her medical condition. As her little boy explains, Nadja's body is unable to produce healthy blood and a doctor in the US can help her.
Unfortunately, getting to the US is more trouble than just getting her medicine past security. Their plane is taken over by terrorists led by Legends of Tomorrow's Dominic Purcell. When her son panics, Nadja defends the boy from a terrorist and is shot instantly.
However, Nadja doesn't die as expected. As it turns out, her medical condition is the blood-sucking kind and she is determined to rescue her son even if it means revealing her dark secret to the other passengers.
The trailer is action-packed with great bloody fun as Nadja takes the terrorist down one by one. Needless to say, this is going to be a horror flick we can't wait to watch.
