Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Arc Unveils Updated Key Visual

Bleach is about to have its major anime comeback with the release of the Thousand-Year Blood War arc this fall, and that means shonen fans will get to see the return of Ichigo Kurosaki and other familiar characters featured in the final chapters of Tite Kubo's popular manga series. Now, fans were recently treated with a new look thanks to a new trailer, and now, an updated poster has been unveiled to get fans hyped.

The new key visual comes from Bleach's official anime Twitter account. As shown in the tweet below, the visual looks rather familiar as it was initially shared at the beginning of this month, but now, the new artwork is in color.

The top section of the visual features the Soul Society as fans know it with all its captains and reapers. You can see Byakuya Kuchiki, Toshiro Hitsugaya, and the rest of the Soul Society's captain guard. The bottom half of the visual features new faces. They are Bleach's upcoming villains from the Thousand-Year Blood War arc. The arc will focus on the Quincy uprising that leaves the Soul Society shattered, and some allegiances are tested to the edge. The group of villains will be led by a godlike warrior.
