BLACKPINK is a world-renowned K-pop group. As a globally popular act in both music and fashion, it is not surprising that the members work on maintaining their images and visuals by working out.

But, unlike other South Korean celebrities, the four K-pop idols do not follow rigorous programs and plans. In fact, most of them do minimal routines, and these include Jisoo.

Reports said that she only does one specific type of workout program outside the coverage of BLACKPINK. She, herself, reportedly told in an interview that she even does it with her co-member, Jennie.

Jisoo Does Flying Yoga With Jennie

In 2017, Jisoo shared that she does flying yoga alongside the SOLO singer. Health-Yogi explained that the program is similar to yoga, but most of the poses and routines are done in the air.

This type of exercise reportedly helps the two K-pop idols maintain their figure. It also benefits their bones and muscles because it improves flexibility.

The publication noted, however, that it is unclear whether Jisoo does flying yoga every day. As stated, there are no recent photos or clips that show her doing the routines.

BLACKPINK Dance Practices Are Also Enough

Apart from flying yoga, the BLACKPINK unnie credits her “slim body” largely to the group’s daily dance practice. It is one of the “major reasons” why she stays in shape, according to KpopStarz.

Jisoo reportedly once shared that each dance practice session lasts from two to three hours. She added that there were even times when they would spend half of their days rehearsing for their performances.

The publication pointed out that dancing offers tons of benefits to fitness and health. In terms of weight, the routines help manage mass and tone muscles, which is why it is a fitting exercise.

South China Morning Post released a similar report about the BLACKPINK members’ workout routines. It stated that Jisoo does not think further workouts are needed because these two exercises are already enough for her.
