Jennie and BLACKPINK have been setting new records and making history with their music, continuously conquering worldwide charts with their songs and charisma. Their fans have been waiting for their new project, as well, as they heard them for the last time when they dropped their hit Korean studio album, The Album, and its title track, Lovesick Girls.
After years of waiting, BLACKPINK might offer something to fans – or may Jennie would do the job this time.

BLACKPINK Jennie Earns Praises Due to New Hair
On Instagram, Jennie shared a photoset where she publicized her new hair color for the first time. The SOLO hitmaker sports orange hair color that complements the flowers in front of her.
“Dont talk to me or my new hair,” she captioned the post, completing her getup with a navy blue Calvin Klein top and jeans.

Jennie did not detail why she changed her hair color, but fans immediately speculated that it might be part of her solo or group comeback. Others also assumed that the K-pop idol might be preparing her hair to go fully blonde soon.
However, they also found it unusual as most K-pop idols would not show their new hair or style to fans unless they already confirmed a comeback. Regardless of the lack of information, it is worth noting that Jennie already hinted at their potential comeback this year in an interview.
BLACKPINK Comeback Happening Soon
During her interview in The Game Caterer’s YouTube video, she revealed that the girl group is set to come back with new music. Jennie disclosed the news while sitting with other K-pop stars including members from WINNER, TREASURE, and iKON.
”BLACKPINK is also making a comeback soon. I don’t know if I’m allowed to say this, but since I’m the only [BLACKPINK member] here, I’ll just say it,” Jennie said. “Please look forward to it. Thank you very much.”
At that time, both WINNER and iKON also delivered similar news.
