At the time, BLACKPINK and BIGBANG’s agency stated that they could not confirm anything about the matter. It also pointed out that the same applied to their “artist’s private lives,” so they asked for the public’s understanding.
Since then, no further claims have surfaced about Jennie and G-Dragon. Although there were a few headlines across media platforms, they were only mere speculations and assumptions.
Accordingly, there is no assurance that the two K-pop idols are still in a relationship. There is not even a word of guarantee that the romance is, indeed, real in the first place.
