The premiere of Black Widow may have been postponed due to the Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) yet it looks like Marvel Studios is continuing to promote the highly anticipated Marvel Cinematic Universe flick. A new promo image for the upcoming film has just been revealed and it features Scarlett Johansson preparing for action.
The image has been shared on Twitter and it shows Natasha Romanoff in her new Black Widow suit. In addition to that, Nat is in her fighting stance and appears to be ready to take on an opponent. Check it out below.
The new photo is pretty similar to the Black Widow poster except Nat is clearly getting ready for a fight. Needless to say, we can't wait to see her in action soon.
Fans were previously hoping that the Black Widow premiere would not be delayed due to COVID-19. After all, the movie isn't due for release until May. Unfortunately, Disney and Marvel Studios have decided to postpone the premiere for now. Stay tuned for updates on this story.
The synopsis for Black Widow reads as follows:
"Following the events of Captain America: Civil War, Natasha Romanoff finds herself alone and forced to confront a dangerous conspiracy with ties to her past. Pursued by a force that will stop at nothing to bring her down, Romanoff must deal with her history as a spy and the broken relationships left in her wake long before she became an Avenger."
Black Widow also stars Florence Pugh, David Harbour, and Rachel Weisz.
