Disney+ is looking to be the next big streaming service since it will be home to a number of MCU shows like WandaVision, Falcon and Winter Soldier, Loki, and Ms. Marvel, among others. It's clear that these shows are going to have more effort put into them, being made by Marvel Studios rather than Marvel Television, so it's clear that these will be more important to the canon, much to the chagrin of Netflix and Agents of SHIELD fans.
While it's clear that these shows are going to be more important, Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman still doesn't want anything to do with them. In a video of MTV, Boseman revealed that he doesn't want to do anything with television right now, which technically includes streaming shows, and he has other non-franchise projects he is excited to do.
Considering all the debate surrounding superhero movies (thanks for that Martin Scorsese), Boseman is in a position where he will star in more of them but is also willing to do other films that aren't based on comics. That's not a bad thing since I would imagine that only having one role to play would be boring unless you're a professional wrestler.
Though he isn't interested in a Disney+ role, the man is clearly driven to continue playing T'Challa in Black Panther movies. The first one is considered by many to be one of Marvel's best movies, giving us a superhero film that actually feels different from everything that has come before it (until the CGI ending).
No word on a Black Panther 2 yet but Kevin Feige did mention that there were plans for a sequel. We'll just have to wait and see.
