Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Plot Details Suggest Major Okoye Development

The plot for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is still a mystery but fans have already suspected that the other Wakandans will get more things to do in the film. Interestingly, some of the plot details for the Marvel Cinematic Universe sequel have just been leaked. Amazingly, it looks like Okoye is set for a major development in the highly anticipated movie.

Fans have been wondering how Black Panther 2 will be continuing after the passing of Chadwick Boseman. However, it has been confirmed that the second movie will focus on the culture of Wakanda and the people of the proud kingdom. Naturally, that means we'll get to see more of the Dora Milaje, who have already played a major role in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.

So is it possible that the Dora Milaje will take over in Black Panther 2? It looks like at least one of them is set for a major development. A leak on Reddit reveals that Okoye will suit up as Black Panther in the film.

This might sound like a far-fetched idea but the leak comes from verifed sources and fans believe it is highly plausible. In addition to that, people are loving the idea of Okoye becoming Black Panther. However, it's only a temporary thing and it might be an effort to defend the Wakandans from a huge threat.

It was previously reported that Okoye could star in her own Black Panther standalone series that will air on Disney+. This could mean that Danai Gurira is set for a lot of major projects in the future.
