Black Panther Sneak Peak Set For Premiere Alongside Kendrick Lamar's Show During National Championship Halftime

It looks like Marvel fans are getting a brand new Black Panther sneak peek next week.

There's a lot of excitement building up over Chadwick Boseman's very first standalone film as the king and protector of Wakanda, and it seems like Marvel's getting ready to boost the film's marketing campaign.

A new promo aired during Georgia and Oklahoma's Rose Bowl matchup (via Comic Book) has just recently announced a new Black Panther sneak peek set for release next week during ESPN's College Football Playoff National Championship.

The news comes shortly after ESPN announced that it would have Kendrick Lamar performing during the halftime show of the College Football Playoff National Championship next week, January 8.

Given that the Black Panther sneak peek has been set for the same schedule during the game's half time, some have been wondering whether Lamar's performance would be part of the same presentation. After all, the rapper did tease involvement with the Black Panther soundtrack before. One of Lamar's songs, "DNA" was featured in one of the film's trailers as well.

It's definitely good to hear that Marvel's picking up speed on Black Panther's marketing campaign. The studio's only released a couple of trailers so far, and everyone's dying to learn more about the superhero film.

Black Panther is set to premiere on February 16, 2018.
