It's been over a year since Letitia Wright went under fire for her alleged views against vaccines, as well as espousing her "questionable" take on the set of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever but the controversy has yet to see its end. In fact, as the Phase 4 finale nears its premiere, the talk surrounding the Shuri actress' biggest Hollywood scandal continues to escalate.
Variety recently caught up with the 29-year-old actress and tried their best to squeeze something out of the actress but it seems like she's dodging the issue. The MCU star spoke about her on-set injury which also made headlines last year but her vaccination views have remained intriguingly unaddressed.
In the same interview, the actress was asked to address the controversy surrounding her alleged views against COVID-19 vaccines but her agent shut it down. While Letitia's representative promised the actress will speak out about the matter via email, they weren't able to entertain the question due to "schedule changes".
The outlet writes: "The following day, Wright’s representative said the actor would respond to emailed questions, including ones regarding the reports about her vaccination status; two days after the questions were sent, however, the rep said “schedule changes” prevented Wright from responding, and directed Variety to her Instagram statement from 2021."

It would be safe to assume that Disney is behind all of this and if anything, they'd like to keep the issue unaddressed until it fizzles out. It's worth mentioning though that Wright has already dismissed reports of her espousing her anti-vax views on the set of Wakanda Forever but it's quite evident that fans aren't satisfied with her statement.
Marvel Studios' Black Panther: Wakanda Forever hits cinemas this Friday, November 11th.
