The OTT service platform confirmed further details about Kim Woo Bin's comeback series, including its release date. Here is the available information about the movie so far.
Black Knight's Release Date on Netflix Confirmed
The Korea Herald cited Netflix's announcement regarding Black Knight's release date.
According to the streaming giant, the webtoon-based Kdrama series will be available on its platform starting May 12.

Black Knight Synopsis
The upcoming Kdrama series, based on Lee Yoon Kyun's webtoon titled Delivery Knight, explores the lives of the people who survived the toxic air pollution in 2071. The remaining 1 percent of the total population follows a strict social class amid the issue.
People rarely leave their houses due to pollution, and they need to wear gas masks whenever they need to go out. Meanwhile, others rely on delivery drivers, known as knights, who deliver packages and protect them from thieves.
Black Knight Cast Members
Kim Woo Bin plays the titular role of Knight 5-8, a legendary knight whose life changes after meeting Kang You Seok's Sa Wol, a refugee boy.
Song Seung Heon portrays RyuSeok's role as Chunmyung Group's successor, who takes advantage of the air pollution by selling oxygen to the survivors.

Esom, meanwhile, plays a Defense Intelligence Command officer who saves Sa Wol's life while supporting Knight 5-8 in helping the young boy until he becomes a knight.
Jin Kyung, Kim Eui Sung, and Park Jun Hyuk will also appear in the series.
How Many Episodes Will Black Knight Have?
The upcoming Netflix Kdrama series will only have six episodes. It remains unknown whether it will have a part 2 or second season.
Ahead of the release, Kim Woo Bin shared his thoughts about filming the series.
"I felt immense happiness while filming this series and I sincerely hope that our collective efforts resonate with the viewers, and they too relish every moment of it, just as I did," he said, per TV Line.
