Are you ready for Bill and Ted Face The Music? It's going to be a six-month wait for the highly anticipated sequel and a new teaser has just started the countdown.
The brief teaser was posted by the official Bill and Ted Instagram account. Although it doesn't show any new footage, it does show the members of Wyld Stallynz doing what they do best: air guitar. Check it out below.
It's awesome to see Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter during the good old days. However, we're also hoping to see some new footage from Face The Music. After all, we've only seen small glimpses at Bill and Ted and their daughters. Hopefully, we'll get a proper teaser in the next month.
In addition to Reeves and Winter, Face The Music will bring back William Sadler as Grim Reaper. They will be joined by The Glass Castle star Brigette Lundy-Paine as Ted's daughter Billie as well as Ready or Not's Samara Weaving as Bill's daughter Thea.
The synopsis for Face The Music reads as follows:
"Now enduring the monotony of middle-aged life, William 'Bill' S. Preston, Esq. and Theodore 'Ted' Logan are warned by a visitor from the future of the need for them to create a song in 78 minutes that will save all life on Earth and the entire universe. The pair work with their families, old friends, famous musicians, and each other to complete the task."
Bill and Ted Face The Music is scheduled for release on August 21.
