Big Brother Season 24 knows host Julie Chen’s mantra, “expect the unexpected.” And it seems this is the first season in a very long time where Chen, the producers, and writers of the hit CBS reality TV show delivered on their promise. Throughout the past four weeks, there has been a slew of twists and shocking game-changers, and it seems this will continue until the end of the season.
Big Brother Season 24 Introduces The Festie Bestie Twist
Just recently, Big Brother Season 24 announced a new twist called the Festie Bestie, wherein houseguests will be paired together. And when one of them gets nominated, the other one automatically gets nominated. However, come eviction night, the Festie Besties are separated, and only one of them will get evicted.
Last week, a new alliance called the Leftovers was also created, and it includes the majority of the houseguests except for Danie Durston, Nicole Layog, and the rest who have not made any bold moves.
The Leftovers figured that Daniel, Nicole, and their other alliance members seemed to be bullying Taylor, so they came to the latter’s defense and invited her into their group. The Leftovers managed to bring out one big player last week - Ameerah Jones - and they hope to do the same this week by booting off Nicole.

Nicole Layog, Daniel Durston In Danger Of Being Evicted From Big Brother Season 24
But Big Brother Season 24 super fans know that very early on in the game, Daniel and Nicole already agreed to be each other’s ride or die. So, after Daniel won the Power of Veto (POV), he decided to use it on Nicole. This move upset this week’s Head of Household (Monte), who previously had an agreement with Daniel that he wouldn’t use the POV on Nicole.
Daniel thought that he could save Nicole from being evicted. But what he seemingly forgot is the fact that the houseguests come in pairs. This means that Monte was forced to nominate Taylor for eviction, so Nicole went up on the block once again.
Now, the big question is whether Nicole will be evicted this week or will Monte’s move jeopardize the plans for the Leftovers. After all, they have been trying to protect Taylor from eviction, but someone from within their alliance can go the other route.

Will Brittany Hoopes And Michael Bruner Vote With The Leftovers?
Brittany told Michael that it might not be in their best interest to vote Nicole out. They are convinced that if they do this and Daniel wins HOH next week, he will put the two of them on the block, according to Cinema Blend.
So, Brittany and Michael have a huge decision to make. They can either vote alongside the Leftovers or try and side with Daniel for fear that he could become HOH.
But based on Daniel’s track record, he has not won that many competitions. So, it’s up to chance if he will be named HOH next week. And if he doesn’t become HOH, he could be in danger of going home next for as long as the Leftovers are in charge.
