The series’ previews have been vague. They will usually feature bizarre scenes with voiceovers without context.

The 20-second teaser posted on Twitter started with a police siren. It then featured a police car with an officer coming down while a police radio shatter could be heard.

“Back up is en route,” a man on the radio said. “Proceed with caution.”
So, what does this mean for the fate of Gene?
As one of the most wanted individuals involved in the Heisenberg drug empire, being in contact with law enforcement would put him in danger, per CheatSheet.
Though the trailer doesn’t show him interacting with the officer, his recent run-in in Better Call Saul Season 6 Episode 11, Breaking Bad, might have something to do with the police’s coming.
Will Gene Get Caught in Better Call Saul Season 6 Episode 12?
Aside from his involvement in the Heisenberg case, Gene’s return to “the game” may also put him in danger.
He took a leaf out of Heisenberg’s book, fired one of his guys and decided to continue breaking into the wealthy man’s house despite the dangers.
In fact, the previous episode ended with Gene breaking the glass on the guy’s door to get inside his house. This could’ve gotten the attention of the police and the reason they showed up.
