In case you missed it, Ben Affleck has been confirmed to return as Bruce Wayne in the DC Extended Universe flick The Flash. This means that he will be starring as Batman alongside Michael Keaton, who was previously revealed to portray an older version of Bruce. But how will Affleck look like when he puts on the cowl again? A new fan art imagines the Justice League star's return to the DCEU.

There is little doubt that people are thrilled that Affleck has agreed to reprise his role as Batman. After all, he was initially working on another Batman film but ultimately chose to bow out of the project. The movie would eventually evolve into Matt Reeves' The Batman, which will feature Robert Pattinson as the new Caped Crusader. Still, the idea of having Affleck back in The Flash is a welcome one for most fans.
It's easy to understand why Affleck is expected to return to The Flash. It was his Bruce that first called on Barry Allen to join the Justice League so it makes sense that he would serve as a mentor to the speedster.
