The PlayStation 5 launches by the end of the week, and one game that will be available at launch will be Insomniac's Spider-Man: Miles Morales. To get everyone hyped for the release of the game, PlayStation has dropped a new trailer, and it gives us a great look at the story as well as all the other characters that are in Miles' circle.
Though the Tinkerer has been teased as the big bad of the game, we now also have a better look at the shady dealings of Roxxon. We don't really know what they plan to do, but with Miles' mother running for public office, her life could pretty much be threatened.
Besides that, we also get a look at Miles' uncle Aaron Davis a.k.a. the Prowler. Just like in Into the Spider-Verse, it looks like Miles will have a close relationship with him, but unlike in the animated movie, it looks like Aaron Davis has some time to process Miles' superhero identity before he's unceremoniously killed off by a bigger villain.
Reviews for Spider-Man: Miles Morales have been going great, and a lot of people have commended how Insomniac has managed to improve upon the mechanics of their first Spider-Man title. While the game isn't as grandiose as the first Spider-Man, reviewers are saying that it's a great spinoff for Miles, and it's a good way to break in your new PS5—if you plan to get one that is.
Spider-Man: Miles Morales launches alongside the PS5 on Nov. 12.
