Aside from some exciting announcements from the New York Comic-Con, it looks like the CW is adding onto the thrill with the release of The Flash trailer.

The trailer gives us a new look at the events that are about to unfold for our heroes, and it is not looking good for them. Titled, Love is Power, the trailer centers around the concept of, well, love is power. Ramsey Russo a.k.a Bloodwork will be one of the heroes' foes in this season.

Barry Allen is seen desperately trying to warn his allies about an incoming crisis that they will have to face very soon. Another thing to note is that the trailer might have teased the return of one of Allen's greatest enemies, Breacher.

This season might also feature the return of a speedster. Jay Garrick, the Flash from Earth-3, previously mentioned that he will be training a female speedster. Garrick's helmet was seen being passed onto another person's hands, the character is yet to be known, but this could hint an appearance of the said speedster.

The Flash Season 6 will lead to Crisis on Infinite Earths, and the back-half of the season will show the fallout of the five-part event. The CW will be making The Flash its main DC Comics drama since Arrow is coming to an end this Fall.

It looks like it's up to Barry Allen to lead the Arrowverse superheroes forward. However, the full details for the sixth season are yet to be revealed, but we do know that Sendhil Ramamurthy joined the cast and will be playing the role of Bloodwork, a morgue employee and hemophiliac.

The Flash Season 6 also includes the likes of Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Killer Frost, Carlos Valdes, Tom Cavanagh, Jesse L. Martin, Danielle Nicolet, and Hartley Sawyer.

The Flash premieres on October 8, 2019.
