Who Has Azoospermia in Marry My Husband?
In Marry My Husband, Kang Ji-won (played by Park Min-young) has long been scrutinized by Park Min-hwan's (played by Lee Yi-kyung) mother for not bearing a child.
What his mom doesn't know, however, is that Min-hwan has been diagnosed with azoospermia. Despite this, Ji-won has taken the blame for the incompetence.
But this was all in her past life. Now that she knows better and has gone back to the past to change her destiny, it doesn't change the fact that Min-hwan is the one with the problem.
So when Jung Soo-min (played by Song Ha-yoon) suddenly says that she is pregnant, Ji-won knows that this is her way out of the trouble she caused.
Is Soo-min Really Pregnant in Marry My Husband?
Because of Min-hwan's condition, Soo-min is not really pregnant in Marry My Husband. In fact, we see her looking for a sonogram result that she could buy and pass as her own.
She uses this excuse to get Min-hwan to marry her, thus winning over Ji-won. Meanwhile, Min-hwan uses the wedding and a grandson so he can get money from his parents. He plans to use this money to pay off loan sharks and invest in new stocks.
After they get married, Soo-min tells Min-hwan that she had a miscarriage. She says that it was because Min-hwan threw something at her during their wedding day.
Min-hwan, however, does not realize that there was never a baby in the first place since he doesn't know he has Azoospermia yet.

Is It Really Azoospermia? Some Fans Don't Think So
Interestingly, some fans turned to Reddit to correct Min-hwan's condition in Marry My Husband. The Redditor shared that Min-hwan has "oligozoospermia, not azoospermia."
This is because azoospermia is a condition where the male has zero sperm. In Min-hwan's case, he is said to have a "very low count," which ultimately means he can still impregnate someone though the chances are very slim.
There's also the case of getting someone pregnant using IVF even if the male has oligozoospermia.
So yes, Soo-min can still get pregnant, as long as their conditions make it possible for Min-hwan to do so. But with all of Min-hwan's financial troubles, getting IVF would not be feasible at this point.
