Ayesha Confirmed For Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 ended with five post-credits scenes with one of them being Ayesha (Elizabeth Debicki) sowing the seeds for the creation of Adam Warlock. James Gunn, who has already started work on the third Guardians movie, has confirmed that he plans to bring Ayesha and the Sovereign back in the third movie.

In an interview with IGN, Gunn admits:

"I absolutely plan on bringing Elizabeth Debicki back. She's actually one of my favorite actors I've ever worked with. I think on this movie between her, Pom Klementieff who plays Mantis, and Chris Sullivan who plays Taserface, they really were three of the best actors I've ever worked with and were all such a joy on this film to deal with that I would love to deal with them again."

Though we're sure now that Mantis and Ayesha are coming back, Chris Sullivan may not be able to reprise his role as Taserface for the next movie since, Taserface, well, died. Then again, Sullivan could always come back as someone completely new since his character was in heavy make-up; or they could always bring in a more jacked-up looking Taserface, back for his revenge.

It'll be a long time till we get Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, but now we can just enjoy Vol. 2 which is out in theaters now.
