I think we can all agree that Black Panther star Michael B. Jordan is a versatile actor capable of taking on any role imaginable. Now, if you've been following his career, you may be aware of the rumors surrounding his involvement in a supposed Superman project that was ultimately canned. Jordan was being eyed by Warner Bros. and DC to "replace" Henry Cavill in the DC Extended Universe as an alternate version of the Man of Steel.

It's only a matter of time before the Killmonger actor makes his way to the DCEU but the question is, which role could he end up playing? Digital artist @britedit has an interesting suggestion and he unveiled an awesome artwork depicting the actor as Future State version of Batman.

In the newest DC crossover event Future State, a lot of our heroes get replaced by new characters and that includes Batman who gets replaced by Lucius Fox's son. Tim Fox now takes up the mantle as the new caped crusader in the year 2030. Going back to the epic fan art, I gotta say, Michael looks pretty convincing as an alternate version of The Dark Knight. Check it out here:

Currently, Michael B. Jordan is attached to produce the live-action adaptation of Static Shock which will most likely be part of the DCEU's slate of projects. As for him being involved in an actual live-action DC project as an actor, I guess only time will tell but mark my words, it will eventually happen considering Warner Bros. has wanted him for so long.

Meanwhile, DC's Future State is available on your favorite comic book store.
