It isn't easy being a superhero, or a superhero actor for that matter. Thor, the Asgardian God of Thunder's amazing physique's all thanks to the intense workout regimen Marvel star Chris Hemsworth follows all throughout the year and it looks like the Avengers: Infinity War actor decided to share some of his moves on social media.

Taking to Twitter, Hemsworth decided to post a video of his workout regiment, showing off the amount of work he puts into sculpting his body to turn into the delicious Asgardian God of Thunder that many fans have come to love and know in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

"Kicking off the week with some good old-fashioned 'attack the bag cause it won't attack you back and you'll feel super tough,'" the actor wrote on his post.

In the video, fans get to see Hemsworth putting all his energy into a punching bag, flexing the muscles on his arms. It's a pretty intense session – there's no easy way to become a superhero.

Aside from Thor, Hemsworth is also set to star in another popular franchise next year, appearing in the new Men in Black movie together with his Thor: Ragnarok co-star Tessa Thompson.

Speaking in an interview with Variety about the upcoming Men in Black movie, the actor revealed that while the new film would be totally new, it would also try to stick to the tone that the original films built.

"We're basically trying to put a lot of humor into it like the previous ones," Hemsworth told the publication. "These are obviously some big, big shoes to fill, so we're working our butts off on it to make something pretty epic and fun."

Starring Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones, the original Men in Black movies were quite a hit, the first film being showered in a lot of positive reviews from fans and critics. Right now, there's a whole lot of excitement over the new Men in Black movie with Thomspon and Hemsworth at the lead.

Hemsworth's new Men in Black movie is set to release on June 14, 2019.
