Avengers: Infinity War Directors Talk About Where Thanos Went At The End

Warning: Major spoilers for Avengers: Infinity War ahead.

After Thanos wiped half of the universe at the end of Avengers: Infinity War, he decides to rest on a quiet farm, with the beautiful sunset behind him and his armor hanging up.

Thanos accomplished his mission, and now he can rest.

However, some fans are still wondering where Thanos went after he defeated the Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and now, the Russo Brothers are here to shed some light on where the Mad Titan actually went.

"He's like a holy warrior," Anthony Russo told Uproxx. "Once he puts his armor down in that movie he becomes like a holy warrior and this is his resting place for him. He says in the film he's just going to sit and watch the sunrise."

"He accomplished his mission," Joe said.

Even though Thanos expressed guilt during the scene in the Soul Stone, he was still able to find peace, and while the Mad Titan is still relaxed, it's the perfect time for the surviving superheroes to take him down.

Avengers: Infinity War is still showing in theaters.
