Avengers: Endgame was one of the biggest emotional payoffs in cinematic history, giving some of these classic characters an ending they can never get in the comic books. The fact that we'll never see Iron Man in one of these movies again has to hit the hardest since Robert Downey Jr's portrayal of the character was so iconic and mesmerizing. Marvel's Phase 4 is going to be a polarizing one, that's for sure.
Black Widow, the first movie in MCU Phase 4, was recently delayed to November due to the freakin' Coronavirus so we'll all have to wait a while until we see another Marvel movie in theaters. To make up for it, Disney and Marvel have been sharing a bunch of Easter Eggs to make us feel better, one of which will make fans cry their eyes out.
Remember how Pepper Potts gifted Tony Stark with his first arc reactor with the message "Proof that Tony Stark has a heart" in Iron Man? Well, Marvel showed that when the Avengers put all their firsts together in Endgame before time traveling, they actually formed that arc reactor gift from the movie. Not only does it show this company's dedication to its continuity but it tells us that Tony was the heart of the Avengers.
