Paramount and Avatar Studios haven't announced the cast for the first Avatar: The Last Airbender animated movie, but it'll be interesting to see how they will cast for it. Zachary Tyler Eisen, the voice actor of Aang, retired from the industry right after the the animated series ended, and of course, it's unlikely that he will return to voice Aang because he's no longer a child.

Other actors who participated in the series, like Dante Basco (Zuko), Grey DeLisle (Azula), Mae Whitman (Katara), and Mark Hamill (Ozai) are still in the industry, so we might see them return to reprise their roles.

Michaela Jill Murphy (Toph) and Jack Desena (Sokka) still appear at comic conventions where they are celebrated for the voices they provided for their popular characters, so they could return to provide voices for the upcoming animated films.
