The new trailer for Attack on Titan Episode 87 features the highlights from the previous episodes including Eren Yeager using the Founding Titan's power to address the Subjects of Ymir and Floch Forster ordering the Yeagerists to go after the traitors. Attack on Titan Episode 87 was initially expected to premiere on the last Monday of March but the broadcast was delayed due to a special program being aired on NKH General TV. Although fans were disappointed about having to wait another week for the finale, there's going to be a lot to look forward to considering that the final episode will be an hour long. With that in mind, we can't wait to see what finally happens when Eren returns this Monday.
So what can fans expect in Attack on Titan Episode 87? The preview already confirms that Eren Yeager will be back after being absent for several episodes. Additionally, it will finally be revealed how Eren worked to execute his plans of starting the Rumbling.
But is this truly the end for the anime? There are speculations that a movie will be announced as soon as Attack on Titan Episode 87 concludes. The film is expected to adapt the final chapters of the manga.
Attack on Titan Season 4 Episode 28 is titled The Dawn of Humanity ("Jinrui no Yoake") and is named after the manga's Chapter 130. Episode 87 will premiere on Monday, April 4, 2022, at 12:05 AM JST.
