Although there is no English translation as of yet, some people have already provided a breakdown of what happened in chapter 138. From chapter 137 where the rumbling stopped, 138 continues with this scenario. The rumbling stopped and the huge bones that formed Eren's massive titan disappeared.
At this point, Mikasa remembers Eren saying that he hated her. Meanwhile, the other characters, such as Gabi, Falco, and Pieck, reunite with their families, while Annie goes to look for her father.
