Attack on Titan: Hajime Isayama Teases Plans For New Manga


Attack on Titan has already concluded the manga but that doesn't mean Hajime Isayama will be staying idle for long. The mangaka has just confirmed that he is planning to work on a new manga in the future.

Hajime Isayama recently attended the Angoulême Festival in France. During his special Attack on Titan panel, the mangaka was asked what he was planning next (via Twitter). Interestingly, Isayama admitted that he is planning to work on a new manga.

"I'm not promising anything, but maybe I'll take up my pen again to write about fifteen pages...!" Isayama said.

Not surprisingly, his announcement is met with cheers and applause which clearly made Isayama more determined to work on the manga. "Now thanks to you, I feel obligated to do it!" he joked with the audience.

This is certainly great news considering that people have been waiting for Hajime Isayama to announce his next big project. For now, the mangaka has not revealed any details about his new work or when he will begin working on it. Nevertheless, fans are already looking forward to any updates on the manga in the future. It might still be a long wait for Hajime Isayama's next manga. In the meantime, fans can look forward to the final part of the anime's fourth season. Season 4 Part 3 is set to bring the anime to its epic conclusion and considering the amount of work required, it will be split into two cours. Before it premieres, there is a special presentation focusing on the animators behind the scenes.

The first cour of Attack on Titan Season 4 The Final Part has already been confirmed to be broadcast in March 2023 while the second cour will be released later in the year.
