There is little doubt that the latest episode of Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 2 was a dark one. However, it looks like a future episode might be even more drastic. The official title for Episode 82 has been revealed and it teases one of the darkest parts of Paradis' history so far!
We'll still have to wait two more weeks for Attack on Titan Episode 82 but the official title has already been revealed. It has been confirmed that the seventh episode of The Final Season Part 2 will be titled Sunset ("Yuyake"). This is the same title as the 125th chapter of the manga.
Chapter 125 is an important part of the manga as it follows the aftermath of Eren Yeager's grand plan to release the Titans. The people of Paradis end up having to deal with all the losses and deaths around them.
That's not the only thing to look forward to in Attack on Titan Episode 82. Fans are also expecting to see the return of a character who has been in some sort of hibernation for some time now. It is believed that Annie Leonhart will finally awaken now that the Rumbling has begun. Although she is expected to wake up in next week's episode, we could see more of her in action the following week.
The latest episode of The Final Season Part 2 featured Ymir's tragic backstory which explains why she chose to take Eren's side and allowed the Rumbling to begin. However, it's now a dangerous time for all humans as the Titans have been awakened.
Attack on Titan Season 4 Episode 22 is titled Thaw ("Hyokai") which is also the title of Chapter 124 of the manga. Episode 81 will be delayed due to the Winter Olympics coverage and will air on Monday, February 14, 2022, at 12:25 AM JST.
