Attack on Titan Season 4 Episode 11 focused on how past events in the series tied in the present time. It also revealed the growing division between the Survey Corps and the core characters, including Mikasa, Armin, and Hange. Attack on Titan Season 4 Episode 12 is titled Guides. Based on the story of the manga, the events occurring in episode 11 are within some of the things happening within the manga chapter for the Guides.

As it stands, it seems like episode 11 titled Counterfeit, and episode 12 titled Guides have mixed some of the details from the manga. The details of Gabi and Falco meeting Kaya were part of the Guides chapter in the manga. Attack on Titan Season 4 Episode 12 release date is set at 3:45 pm EST on Sunday, February 28, 2021, in the US. For international viewers, the episode will be available on Monday, February 15, 2021. The differences in the dates and time are dependent on the timezone of where you live. The episode will be made available on Crunchyroll and Funimation.

Episode 11 is titled Counterfeit which was the fourth chapter of the 27th volume and the 110th chapter while the upcoming episode 12 titled Guides is the third chapter of the 27th volume and the 109th chapter in the overall chapter in the manga.

Supposedly, Guides came before Counterfeit. The details in episode 11 with Kaya meeting with Falco and Gabi. Counterfeit in the manga covered with Pixis and Yelena talking, as well as the explosion seen in the preview for episode 12.
Based on the scenes in episode 11, the anime is mixing up the episodes. The good part is that the anime is able to maintain the storyline properly even if they mix up the chapters within an episode.

Episode 12 is titled Guides where most of the plot from the manga was already included in episode 11. However, based on the details left on the manga, as well as the preview, episode 12 will focus on Hange and Pixis discovering that Yelena had a secret meeting with Eren.

Mikasa and Armin will also ask Darius Zackly to meet with Eren but their request was rejected. After Mikasa and Armin leave the premises, there will be an explosion that will kill four people.

Due to the chapters getting mixed up, there will be differences in each episode. Currently, the episode will most likely reveal the growing division and shifting of alliances occurring in the series.
