In A Sound Argument, we go back two years to see Hizuru special envoy Kiyomi Azumabito arriving in Paradis for negotiations. It is revealed that Mikasa is actually the descendant of Hizuru's ruling shogun and that Hizuru can help Paradis achieve Zeke Yeager's plans for protection from the Rumbling.
Unfortunately, Zeke's plans include the Beast Titan being passed down to someone of royal blood and that they should pass it on to their children. Although Historia agrees, Eren rejects the offer which leads to Hizuru joining forces with Marley to go up against Paradis.

However, it looks like Historia has kept her end of the bargain. As the episode goes back to the present day, it is revealed that she is heavily pregnant and is living with a farm boy she grew up with.
