Attack on Titan Concert Will Have An Online Stream for International Fans on August 22

The second part of the final season of Attack on Titan is coming in roughly less than 6 months, with its release slated for Winter 2022. This manga series by Hajime Isayama has become a worldwide phenomenon, gathering a global audience while rising through the ranks as one of the most popular shōnen series of the past decade.

Aside from its amazing narratives and storytelling, the soundtrack is easily a favorite for many. One of its opening themes, "Shinzo two Sasageyo", has become the ultimate patriotic anthem for numerous anime fans.

For fans outside of Japan who absolutely adore the series' soundtrack, you now have a chance to experience the must-see orchestral concert in the comfort of your own homes.

Pony Canyon USA has announced on Twitter that they will be selling tickets to the online stream of the Attack on Titan Orchestra Concert, which will be held on August 22 at 6 PM, Japan Standard Time (JST) / 2 AM PDT / 5 AM EST. A ticket costs 3,800 yen, which is around 34 USD. There is also a video-on-demand option, which will be made available until August 29.

Included in the concert's lineup are composers Kohta Yamamoto and Hiroyuki Sawano. Aimee Blackshleger, Eliana, Laco, and mpi are guest performers. Members of the cast, namely Yuki Kaji (Eren Jaeger), Marina Inoue (Armin Arlert), and Yui Ishikawa (Mikasa Ackerman) will also be present at the event. The concert will be held at the Pacifico Yokohama National University Hall in the Kanagawa prefecture.

The original soundtrack of the Attack on Titan Final Season was released on June 23. Earlier this year, the manga finally reached its conclusion after 139 chapters. An online exhibition to celebrate the final volume of the manga is currently ongoing until October 2021.

Attack on Titan is a shōnen manga series by Hajime Isayama. It was serialized in Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine between September 2009 to April 2021. In 2013, an anime adaptation by Wit Studio was released. The first part of the fourth and final season by MAPPA aired last December 2020. The second part is expected to air in early 2022.
