Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton Reunite in Photo from Terminator 6

Production for Tim Miller's Terminator 6 is currently ongoing, and for Linda Hamilton's birthday, Arnold Schwarzenegger had decided to share a photo of themselves besides a photo of them back during the first Terminator films.

This upcoming Terminator movie is going to be another reboot/sequel in the sense that it will focus on new characters, but will have older actors reprising their roles from the original. Hamilton will once again be playing Sarah Connor while Arnold Schwarzenegger is going to reprise the role of another raged T-800.

We don't know how Sarah Connor will come back to the story, but the film does borrow Terminator: Genisys' explanation on why the T-800 looks older in this film. Though the body does have an exoskeleton underneath, the organic tissue coating it still ages—hence, Schwarzenegger can still play the role despite his age.

Other central actors in the movie will be Mackenzie Davis, who is playing a character that looks to be a cyborg. The movie will also be giving us a new model of Terminator, and they've cast Agents of SHIELD's Gabriel Luna to play the part.

As it stands, there are now more terrible Terminator movies than there are good ones, but a lot of hope is riding on this latest installment in the sense that James Cameron has come onboard to produce. Add to that the guy who helmed the first Deadpool, and we may have another viable Terminator franchise in our hands.

Terminator 6 comes out Nov. 22, 2019.
