Titan’s Starfire And Raven Finally Get Comic Book-Accurate Costumes

DC fans might be a bit wary about the DC Universe's Titans after seeing Starfire blast fire instead of energy balls in the trailer for the new DC series, however, it looks like this new behind-the-scenes video might change their minds.

The latest episode of DC Universe's DC Dailyjust featured a brand new BTS reel for Titans, giving fans a chance to see what's to come in the Teen Titans web series. Not only do we get to see Anna Diop's Starfire kicking ass fighting off a bunch of baddies on set, but we also get to see Kory Anders in her classic Starfire outfit. Not only does Starfire now have straightened hair, but she also has what seems to be a custom version of the purple outfit she wears in DC comics.

That's not all. Fans also get to see Teagan Croft's Raven in an outfit that nods to her classic look in the comics. Wearing a hooded cape, a crop top and a forehead marking that makes Raven stand out, Rchale Roth looks a lot more like the Raven fans have come to know and love in DC's comics and cartoons.

Though DC Daily doesn't tell us when these new costumes are going to debut in Titans, it looks like they'll definitely be making an appearance on the show.

This is definitely good news for fans. There's been a whole lot of controversy over Starfire and Raven's outfits in the series, with many fans complaining that the Diop and Croft's version of the heroes don't really fit their image of the characters that they've come to love. Luckily, it seems like the team's costumes seem like they're going to evolve throughout the series.

Titans is available for streaming on DC Universe.
