Ant-Man And The Wasp Finally Stand Together In Set Photos

Though we've been getting looks at Ant-Man and Wasp individually in set photos for Ant-Man and the Wasp, we've never been able to see the two together in a photo yet. Thanks to JustJared, we finally have Evangeline Lilly and Paul Rudd together in costume on the set of the film.

Besides the Wasp taking on a bigger role in the sequel, Ant-Man's entire heist team from the first movie is said to be coming back. What's more, Michael Douglas' Hank Pym is also coming back for another superhero heist. We don't have that much details on the plot, but it has been hinted that Pym's past with Janet Van Dyne will be explored. Michelle Pfeiffer has also been cast as Janet.

As or the villain, Hannah John-Kamen will be playing the Ghost. In the comics, the Ghost has a suit that can alter physics as well, in a sense that it can make the wearer invisible and have the ability to phase through walls. The Ghost is also said to be an extremely proficient hacker.

I'll admit the first Ant-Man movie was fun, but it was a bit passable for my taste. Paul Rudd is still great to watch, and I really liked him in Civil War as well. Let's hope Peyton Reed's follow-up will break some different ground.

Ant-Man and the Wasp comes out July 6, 2018.
